b. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, you must notify me at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule once at my discretion.

If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment ("no-show"), no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Policy

a. Services Already Rendered

No refunds are provided for any service that has already been delivered (e.g., a tarot reading that has taken place, a dream interpretation sent via email, a spirit photography interpretation delivered). All sales of services are final after delivery.

b. Digital Products

Digital downloads (e.g., digital photo prints, e-book versions of Let's Talk About Race) are non-refundable once the download link has been sent or accessed.

c. Physical Products

Physical products (prints, framed prints, books, merchandise) may be returned for a refund within [14 to 30 days] of delivery. To be eligible:

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
